Scott(owner) did everything we asked plus a lot more. Definitely exceeded or expectations and we are so glad we found him. We had Scott from Blackline Operations LLC (Blackline Dirt and Demo) come out today, and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. He spent a significant amount of time walking our entire property, making sure he fully understood my mother's situation before making any recommendations. My mother has a fairly large fire risk around her home, but she also has a limited budget. Scott took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. He walked us through what he could and couldn't do, what we should and shouldn't do, and why. At no point did we feel pressured—just educated and informed. What really stood out was how genuine and caring he was. It felt less like hiring a contractor and more like having a knowledgeable family member come over to help us figure out the best solution.
