After decades on the front lines of some of Southern California's most destructive fires, our founder saw the same pattern repeat itself: properties that were not properly prepared before a fire started were the ones that suffered most. That experience led directly to the creation of Blackline Dirt & Demo — a company built not to respond after disaster, but to help property owners reduce risk before it arrives.
