Demolition Service in Rancho Santa Fe, CA

Scott! Overall cool guy. Understanding and was super easy to work with. Word is bond. He did a tremendous job on my property. Communicated with me the whole process through. Scott i appreciate you brother. Highly recommend !! BEFORE and AFTER pics posted beneath.

We found Blackline on Facebook and they had great reviews. We have used many other companies over the last several years and none have compared to Blackline. Scott(owner) did everything we asked plus a lot more. Definitely exceeded or expectations and we are so glad we found him. Everything was completed with safety in mind (had a dedicated fire watch person during the entire job) We will definitely be recommending him to our family and neighbors.

We had Scott from Blackline Operations LLC (Blackline Dirt and Demo) come out today, and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. He spent a significant amount of time walking our entire property, making sure he fully understood my mother's situation before making any recommendations. My mother has a fairly large fire risk around her home, but she also has a limited budget. Scott took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. He walked us through what he could and couldn't do, what we should and shouldn't do, and why. At no point did we feel pressured—just educated and informed. What really stood out was how genuine and caring he was. It felt less like hiring a contractor and more like having a knowledgeable family member come over to help us figure out the best solution. He was honest, fair, respectful, and truly had my mother's best interests at heart. Scott helped us in more ways than one by giving us valuable guidance on managing and improving my mother's property. It's rare to find someone with this level of integrity and customer service. I highly recommend Blackline Dirt and Demo to anyone looking for honest advice, excellent service, and fair pricing.

Cleared my property quickly and professionally! Would highly recommend Blackline and Scott to anyone needing land clearing. He was friendly, on time, and reliable.
