Blackline Dirt & Demo was founded by a retired Los Angeles County Fire Department Battalion Chief with more than 35 years of emergency response and wildfire experience. After decades on the front lines of some of Southern California's most destructive fires, our founder saw the same pattern repeat itself: properties that were not properly prepared before a fire started were the ones that suffered most. That experience led directly to the creation of Blackline Dirt & Demo — a company built not to respond after disaster, but to help property owners reduce risk before it arrives.

We operate as an owner-operated LLC, which means our founder is personally on every job. There is no crew sent ahead while the owner stays in the office.
